Phone Call
You're almost there! The next steps on your ESS employment path are:

Complete the online course "Complex Behaviour ESS Foundation Training" - This will help you understand the work we do and the participants we support

Face-to-face session - Due to the complexity of the participants we support this session will include lots of info from our clinical team, as well as some self defence and safe restraint training

NDIS Worker Check

NDIS Support Worker Orientation Certificate
Don't worry if you don't have them yet! You can still apply, you'll just have to get them before you start.

When you are invited to an interview it may either be one-on-one or a group interview. The interview is a great chance for us to get to know you and for you to learn more about what its like to work with our amazing team!
After the interview, we'll ask for 2 referees that we can call.

You are ready to sign your employment paperwork and study the Behaviour Support Plan for the people we consider you would be most suited to support
