Day 1: Face-to-face session - TCI (Theory & Physical)

Day 2: Online session - Complete online modules

Day 3: Paid face-to-face session - This will include Positive Behaviour Support Plan, policies, report writing and more.

NDIS Worker Orientation Module, NDIS Supporting Safe & Enjoyable Meals Module, Supporting Effective Communication Module and New Worker NDIS Module.

When you are invited to an interview it may either be one-on-one or a group interview. The interview is a great chance for us to get to know you and for you to learn more about what it’s like to work with our amazing team!
After the interview, we'll ask for 2 referees that we can call.
Interview
You are ready to sign your employment paperwork, complete the remainder of your training and buddy with one of our experienced workers while you onboard and learn your new role as Disability Support Worker with ESS!
