Now is the time to apply for a NDISWC. 

The next steps on your ESS employment path are:

  • Day 1: Face-to-face session - TCI (Theory & Physical)

  • Day 2: Online session - Complete online modules

  • Day 3: Paid face-to-face session - This will include Positive Behaviour Support Plan, policies, report writing and more.

Orientation

You'll need to have:

  • First Aid Certificate

  • Drivers Licence

  • NDISWC 

  • Working With Children Check

  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module, NDIS Supporting Safe & Enjoyable Meals Module, Supporting Effective Communication Module and New Worker NDIS Module.

 

Don't worry if you don't have them yet! You can still apply; you'll just have to get them before you start.

Documents!

When you are invited to an interview it may either be one-on-one or a group interview. The interview is a great chance for us to get to know you and for you to learn more about what it’s like to work with our amazing team!

After the interview, we'll ask for 2 referees that we can call.

You are ready to sign your employment paperwork, complete the remainder of your training and buddy with one of our experienced workers while you onboard and learn your new role as Disability Support Worker with ESS!

Please note that any potential offers of paid employment (permanent and casual) will not be made until after you have participated in all steps of our recruitment selection process.
