OUR PURPOSE

ESS_Logo_CMYK_Blue.png

We serve the community by keeping sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, mothers and fathers in a safe  environment. For most, we are it. If we don’t help them, who will?

We are the ones who stand up for the community who can’t - When abandonment or incarceration is  considered before care, love and support.

Our Values

OUR VALUES

The Pillars of ESS. These words define how “we do what we do”.

OUR VALUES

Vincent Johnson

Managing Director

Through experience we know that the carers who have been the most successful have a strong family background a sense of loyalty and contribute to their communities (coaches, youth groups, churches). They are those with life experience and the tools to deal with conflict and resolution. Often these are the same things missing from our participant's lives. “If we build communities, we will create families.”

We see challenges as new opportunities,

our passion is helping others.

We preserver during challenging times because this is when we learn the most.

Our goals are important for long term outcomes

Our values are making others feel valued

“We exercise empathy not judgment.” We communicate at their level to build relationships and trust".

RESPONSIVE - FLEXIBLE

We are agile and innovate best-practice solutions and services for our participants. “We look for processes to make it happen, not the reasons why it can’t.” We will explore all avenues. Continually reinventing the term “industry leaders” by pushing the boundaries of what is the best possible care available.
