TROY MANSELL

A special mention to ESS Support Staff, Troy Mansell who was nominated by his peers for the Rising Star Apprentice of the year at this year's Central Coast NSW Training Awards.
Troy was the winner of the Rising Star Apprentice Award. Troy hasn't studied in over 20 years so to his credit, this is a remarkable achievement.
Congratulations and well done Troy!
Keep up the amazing work!
Here at ESS we ensure our support staff display great level of professionalism when working with participants.
Jordan & Chole were supervising one of our participants who was admitted to the PECC unit.
The work that these two support staff did had the Nurse Manager on duty in absolute awe that she had this to say about them:
“You could tell that both young women had a well-established rapport and had therapeutic engagement with Estelle.
They were able to set firm limits with Estelle without being punitive and were consistent in their approach with Estelle, which for people such as Estelle would make her feel safe with predictability in her management.”
Well done on the awesome display of professionalism Jordan and Chloe
A huge congratulations to Dee, Maddison, Peter and Troy who have all graduated their Certificate III in Support work.
All three support staff had undertaken their Cert III course at Karben Training Solutions.
Well done guys, Awesome stuff!

GIMBERTS PROJECT
We're pleased to announce that our request to the council regarding the Gimberts Project and development has not only come along way but it's drawing closer to it's commencement date.
This project will see new outdoor communal areas, hubs and living accommodation, sheds, garden display and a swimming pool to be built on our Gimberts property. This will allow us to take on more participants which means an increase in employment opportunities.
Stay posted regarding an update on the Gimberts Project!
DONTATIONS

Thank you to so much to all businesses and NFP Organizations that continue to support our ESS participants through generous donations. It takes a village to raise a child, as the saying goes; and with all the support and generous giving from our partners - It has certainly helped our participants greatly.
