HOW TO APPLY?
Step one
PRE-EMPLOYMENT PRE-REQUISITES
We recommend the below online training course be completed prior to the complex behavior training workshop is undertaken. The complex behavior induction is facilitated on site by PMP Services: https://training.ndiscommission.gov.au/login/index.php
Step two
THE SELECTION PROCEDURE

All appointments are based on both PMP Services and the candidate finding there is a fit between our values and relevant knowledge, skills, experience, qualifications and standard of work performance required to safely deliver our services. PMP Services values a people-safe mindset, cultural fit, work standards, diversity, transparency and equity in attracting and selecting suitable candidates for our Company. Applicants that demonstrate the most suitability and merit through their application and across the selection process, are recommended for a position, depending on work availability. Our selection process is designed to give both PMP Services and the candidate the best opportunity to decide if the role is a right fit. Our process is extensive due to the complex and challenging work environment.
The steps in our selection process are:
• Application Form Completed
• Initial phone screen
• Group Interview or one on one interview
• Referee checks
• Mandatory documentation complete
• Online ESS Foundation Course introduction
• 2 days Complex Behavior and aggressive behavior training
Any potential offers of paid employment (permanent and casual) will not be made until after a candidate has participated in all steps of the selection process.

Step four
PMP SERVICES CHILD AND VULNERABLE PERSON SAFE ORGANISATION POLICY (Please read carefully the following)
PMP Services is committed to the safety and protection of the vulnerable people in our care. As part of our policy regarding this, prospective applicants will need to provide a National Criminal Record Check and if appropriate a Working with Children Check. Applicants are also asked to agree to provide information about any pending charges and, in the event of employment, agree to advise of any charges referred throughout the period of employment.
