We serve the community by keeping sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, mothers and fathers in a safe environment. For most, we are it. If we don’t help them, who will?

Through experience we know that the carers who have been the most successful have a strong family background a sense of loyalty and contribute to their communities (coaches, youth groups, churches). They are those with life experience and the tools to deal with conflict and resolution. Often these are the same things missing from our participant's lives. “If we build communities, we will create families.”

We operate in spaces where others won’t, and take ownership when others choose not to. We are willing to explore new territory. Our philosophy is not to rebel against the system but to continually understand it so we can influence the outcome.
